We are currently hiring a receptionist/concierge. Applicants must be customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively. Also have the ability to cohesively work with others in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound phone calls on a multi-line phone system
• Manage POS system (keeping all data updated and current)
• Client coordination: Appointment setting, Check-in/Check-Out
• Cash Register Management and Cash Handling
• Prior scheduling/appointment setting experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Customer Service experience in a luxury environment
• Strong Communication skills
• Capacity to problem solve, make decisions under pressure and multi-task
• Cash handling and salon opening & closing procedures
• Professional and stylish appearance and demeanor
• Precise attention to detail
• Ability to calmly adapt to stressful situations
